What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers at different stages of solution maturity to address specific technical issues
- Assess customer technical challenges and present optimal solutions
- Maintain technical expertise by staying updated on new AEM releases and functionality
- Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customers, CSMs, and product teams
- Lead multiple customer engagements and participate in project discovery and delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Assets & Sites
- At least 2+ years of experience working with Creative Cloud Solutions
- In-depth understanding of the content life cycle from concept to measurement
- Experience with implementations involving Content Hub, Brand Portal, Dynamic Media, and I/O
- AEM Sites Architect Certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Gen Studio for Performance Marketing and/or content supply chain execution
- Proven ability to lead discussions on content authoring best practices and technical architecture
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written English
- Ability to articulate business solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with effective collaboration skills
