Job Description
We are looking for an AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Adobe Experience Manager components and templates. This position will be a contract and remote opportunity with candidates residing in Florida.
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain AEM components and templates
Integrate AEM with RESTful services
Optimize performance and ensure best practices in security and content management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Manage AEM Cloud, dispatcher configuration, and DAM
What You'll Need
Required:
6-8+ years of relevant technical experience
Hands-on experience with Java, Sling, JCR, and Maven
Proficiency in designing reusable AEM components and workflows
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks such as JUnit or AEM Mocks
Preferred:
Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular)
Experience with AEM Cloud, dispatcher configuration, and DAM management
Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Marketing Cloud Tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $48.00-$54.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
