Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation seeks a Scrum Master with authoring skills to join a new internal team creating Direct to Consumer campaigns. Onsite at WoW Studios Chicago or Riverview Campus in Benton Harbor, you will collaborate with the Product Owner, designers, authors, and merchandisers to build site content using Adobe Experience Manager.

You will leverage Scrum, AEM authoring, UI/UX best practices, SEO, and content governance to drive continuous improvement and fast delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience with content management systems and content scheduling tools.
• 3+ years of authoring website content using Adobe Experience Manager components.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) ensuring Product Owner alignment.
• AEM Blocker Resolution: Primary technical escalation point to diagnose & remove AEM platform impediments.
• Technical Discovery: Lead discovery phases, align stakeholders, architect solutions, drive Continuous Improvement.
• Jira Management: Maintain & optimize Jira workflows for seamless sprint execution.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with design, development, and Conversion teams.
• Hands-On Execution: Create & manage AEM content, as needed to provide peer support.
