Job summary

KPG99 INC in Malvern, PA, is seeking an senior AEM Developer/Architect to lead enterprise-level AEM Cloud migration and on-premise to ACS transitions. The role demands deep expertise in AEM Cloud, Cloud Manager, CDN optimization, and headless delivery using Content Fragments and GraphQL.

The candidate will design templates, components, and OSGi services, integrate with Adobe Experience Cloud, and guide teams through complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AEM experience including 3+ years with AEM as a Cloud Service.
• At least one completed AEM Cloud migration from AEM 6.x to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Expert knowledge of AEM Cloud architecture, Cloud Manager, and deployment pipelines.
• AEM Development building blocks: HTL, Sling Models, OSGi, servlets, schedulers.
• Experience with GraphQL and Content Fragments/Experience Fragments for headless delivery.
• Adobe Experience Cloud integrations with Data Collection, Analytics, Target and AEP.
• Lead migration from on-prem AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• CI/CD design and DevOps best practices.

Qualification Requirements

• 8+ years of AEM experience, including 3+ years with AEM as a Cloud Service.
• At least one completed AEM Cloud migration from AEM 6.x to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Expert knowledge of AEM Cloud architecture, Cloud Manager, and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency with AEM Development building blocks:
• Knowledge of API integrations (internal and external) with AEM.
• Experience with headless content design and delivery using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and GraphQL.
• Experience with enterprise DAM implementations and multi-site architectures.
• Strong understanding of AEM Dispatcher configurations, reverse proxy and load balancers.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for development acceleration.
• Adobe Experience Cloud integrations experience with Adobe Data Collection - Tags, WebSDK, MobileSDK, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and AEP.
• Adobe OpenAPI experience for AEM Assets and AEM Sites communication.
• Exposure to AI tools within AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Modern CDN architecture and performance optimization expertise.
• CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with Adobe I/O and event-driven integrations.
• AEM Developer or Architect certifications.
• Lead migration efforts from on-prem AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Design and implement AEM templates, components, and OSGi services.
• Develop HTL templates, Sling Models, custom OSGi configurations, servlets, and schedulers.
• Design omnichannel and headless content delivery using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments and GraphQL.
• Configure Cloud Manager pipelines and GitHub or BitBucket to Cloud Manager repository synchronization.
• Optimize AEM Dispatcher and CDN configurations for performance and reliability.
• Integrate AEM with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Support enterprise DAM implementations and integrations with AEM Sites.
• Establish AI-assisted development workflows and the best practices for the team.

• Hands-on technical leader with proven AEM Cloud migration experience and deep expertise in enterprise-scale AEM implementations.
• Design solutions, guide technical teams, and support a successful migration while modernizing content management, digital asset management, and omnichannel content delivery capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple vendor teams
