Job summary

CoreTek Labs seeks an experienced AEM Architect to lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. The role requires hands-on leadership across AEM projects, strong governance of content models, components, and integration frameworks, and a focus on performance, security, and SEO.

The candidate will drive CI/CD, Cloud Manager deployments, and collaborate with enterprise systems while mentoring teams and setting development

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AEM architecture.
• Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Cloud Service, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and Java.
• Experience with Akamai CDN, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable AEM-based digital solutions.
• Provide hands‑on development and technical leadership across AEM projects.
