Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations in a dynamic digital marketing environment.

You will design and deliver AEM architectures, guide metadata strategies, and oversee multi-team delivery across client engagements. The role requires hands-on AEM 6.0–6.5, Launch, Target expertise, and strong leadership for discovery workshops and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering AEM implementations, incl. assets
• Proven track record with enterprise AEM integrations
• 5+ years coordinating implementation teams
• Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystem
• Proven ability to run discovery workshops for enterprises
• Ability to create scalable architecture diagrams
• Expertise in code management principles

Responsibilities

• Conduct Discovery sessions to gather all requirements
• Develop AEM technical architecture and solution designs that maximize value, deliver against requirements and meet industry best practices
• Guide clients on optimal approaches to digital marketing infrastructure
• Guide clients on metadata strategy and design
• Translate requirements, solution design and client strategies into both actionable roadmaps and prioritized backlogs
• Oversee implementations to ensure excellence in execution and delivery
• Guide internal strategy and team development for Adobe Practice

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering successful AEM implementations, including multiple AEM Assets implementations
• Diverse track record of successful AEM integrations
• 5+ years of experience managing implementation teams
• Deep understanding of current marketing technology ecosystem
• Proven ability to conduct impactful discovery workshops for enterprise clients
• Proven ability to unwind complex challenges into scalable solutions
• Proven ability to develop advanced architecture diagrams
• Expertise in code management principles

Must have Skills:

• Adobe certified architect with minimum 10+ yrs experience
• Experience in design and developing AEM websites
• Extensive experience to core AEM features –sites, assets, workflows, tagging, User control etc.
• Good understanding of AEM administration activities
• Hands-on experience in Adobe AEM 6.0 to 6.5
• Good understanding on Adobe Launch and Adobe Target and its integration with AEM
