Job summary

Sira Consulting is seeking an experienced AEM specialist to manage on-prem and cloud-based delivery pipelines in Plano, Texas. The role focuses on administering AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms, Cloud Service) and maintaining high-performance web delivery with Akamai CDN, including caching policies and edge delivery.

The candidate will handle production support, incident management, upgrades, patching, cloud migrations, and security tuning, with strong scripting and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (Sites/Assets/Forms/Cloud Service).
• Hands-on AEM work: Author, Publish, Dispatcher, Replication, OSGi, CRX, Sling.
• Proficient with Akamai CDN, caching policies, and edge delivery optimization.
• Experience with production support, incident management, troubleshooting, on-call support.
• Experience with AEM upgrades, patches, cloud migration, performance tuning, security.
• Knowledge of Apache, IIS, Windows/Linux administration, CI/CD, Jenkins, and scripting.
• Familiar with monitoring tools: Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Nagios.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

• Knowledge of Apache, IIS, Windows/Linux administration, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and automation scripting.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, and Nagios.
• Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and operational support skills.
