Job summary

TechDoQuest seeks an experienced AEM administrator to support enterprise web properties in Plano, TX. You will manage AEM environments (Sites, Assets, Forms, Cloud Service), including author/publish workflows, dispatcher config, and replication, while ensuring security and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Hands-on experience with AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, Replication, OSGi, CRX, Sling
• Experience managing Akamai CDN including caching policies, Property Manager, cache invalidation, edge delivery
• Expertise in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and on-call support
• Experience with AEM upgrades, patching, cloud migration, performance tuning, and security management
• Knowledge of Apache, IIS, Windows/Linux administration, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and automation scripting
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Nagios
• Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and operational support skills
