Job summary

Talon Analytics in Tucson, AZ, seeks experienced Defense Systems Integration & Test Engineers to join our mission-focused team. You will lead integration and testing of weapon system hardware and software, work across disciplines, and mentor junior engineers.

Required: a bachelor’s in engineering/physics with 10+ years, or an advanced degree with 7+ years; active Secret clearance; proven electronic systems integration; Aegis Weapon System familiarity; travel 50–75%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field plus 10+ years of experience; or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience.
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Lead integration of new hardware into existing weapon test systems and support infrastructure.
Lead checkout and verification of newly developed weapon systems (hardware and software).
Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure smooth system-level integration and test execution.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and support root cause analysis and resolution.
