Job summary

Parsons is seeking an AEGIS Engineer to join our Federal Solutions team supporting Guam's missile defense program. You will join a mission-oriented group of engineers, active-duty personnel and contractors delivering critical weapon-system capabilities.

The role requires US citizenship with active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years of related experience, and hands-on Aegis experience; proficiency with MS Office and Jira/Confluence or Teams.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship with active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
5+ years of related professional experience.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Jira/Confluence or Teams.
Aegis Weapon System experience.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic planning, procurement, and integration of Aegis Weapon System equipment for AGS.
Responsible for integration and support within Defense of Guam system.
Lead coordination for integration, test, deployment from FEM-02 to IOC.
Manage AGS Sites Equipment List (SEL), schedules, and risk identification.
Combine engineering rigor with project schedules to improve system.
Spearhead technical interchange meetings for proper integration into site facilities.
