Job summary

American Systems is seeking a mission-driven AEGIS Computer Network Technician Course Facilitator to develop and conduct training programs in Dahlgren, Virginia. This role includes instructing Navy sailors on AEGIS systems and providing subject matter expertise in curriculum development.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. This position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range between $70,000 - $85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a maintenance technician or operator supervisor.
• One (1) year of experience as an instructor in a Navy Training Environment.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct AEGIS training and educational programs for sailors.
• Provide subject matter expertise in curriculum development.
• Assess and document sailors’ performance and proficiency.
