Role Description

This full-time remote role as an AED Service Plan Sales Specialist involves managing and expanding our client base by promoting and selling our preventive AED maintenance solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining detailed sales records. The specialist will also analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Service Plan Sales history (industry experience not required but a plus)
  • AED sales experience (not required but a plus)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of finance principles
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in healthcare or medical device industry (a plus)
