Job summary

Esri is looking for an AEC Industry Solutions Specialist in Philadelphia to drive innovations in construction technology. In this role, you will leverage experience from the AEC sectors to shape Esri's vision of GIS transforming the built world.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful content demonstrating the power of GIS in improving project delivery and efficiency. An ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, digital delivery, VDC/BIM, field operations, or technology implementation.
• Understanding of construction project workflows like preconstruction and asset turnover.
• Familiarity with digital twin concepts and geospatial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEC Industry Manager to drive Esri’s construction industry strategy.
• Develop webinars, case studies, and content demonstrating GIS impact.
• Collaborate with contractors and technology partners to capture customer success stories.

5+ years of experience in construction or AEC industry

Strong communication and presentation skills

High organization and self-motivation

Problem-solving ability

Creativity in construction technology

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, GIS, or related discipline
