Job summary

Esri seeks an AEC Industry Solutions Specialist to bring firsthand construction and project delivery experience to shape Esri’s GIS-driven vision for the built world.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption of Esri technology across the global construction ecosystem, producing thought leadership, event content, and industry engagement to showcase GIS impact on jobsite to office workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction or AEC industry.
• Proven understanding of construction project workflows including preconstruction, design coordination, logistics planning, progress tracking, and asset turnover.
• Working knowledge of how GIS integrates with CAD, BIM, and field applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive construction-focused industry strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Create and publish construction-centered content (webinars, case studies, white papers, social posts).
• Capture and communicate customer success stories with measurable outcomes.
• Support presence at industry events and organize sessions and networking opportunities.
• Build and nurture the AEC community via online platforms and partner collaboration.
• Provide insights on market trends and emerging digital delivery standards (ISO 19650, ASCE 38/75, openBIM).
• Contribute to go-to-market campaigns showing ROI for construction professionals.
• Advocate internally for construction industry needs and field realities.
