American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in South Burlington, VT. The role focuses on moving product from stockroom to sales floor via shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising, while upholding AE brand standards and attention to detail.

You will support the team and guests on the floor as needed, ensuring stockroom efficiency and adherence to safety and asset-protection policies.

Your Role

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You love AEO brand standards, have an eye for merchandising, and bring keen attention to detail. Though the stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You are passionate about brand standards and are a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• The stockroom is your home base and you own it. You are a master at keeping the stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• You are innovative: whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: you are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: safety standards are a priority to you, both in the stockroom and on the sales floor. You follow asset‑protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
