Job Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring products move efficiently from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and excellent attention to detail. While your primary focus will be the Stockroom, flexibility to support the Salesfloor and assist team members and guests is essential. Representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work every day are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by ensuring timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Organize and manage the Stockroom efficiently, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures well-organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and take proactive actions.
• Support team efforts by assisting with non-stock tasks and guest interactions.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
