Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Lafayette, IN. You will move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, and merchandising, while upholding AEO standards and brand visuals.

You will run the Stockroom efficiently, organize merchandise and fixtures, and identify merchandising opportunities. Flexibility to support Salesfloor and guest service is essential, with safety and policy compliance at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Must be organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous stock/merchandising experience preferred.

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You've got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• Keep product moving and manage shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Run the Stockroom efficiently by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform leadership, create a game plan, and take action.
• Assist teammates with non-stock tasks or guest service when needed.
• Follow safety, asset protection standards, and AEO policies and procedures.
