Role Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining product flow from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you will support team and guest needs on the Salesfloor as required. It’s essential to embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient movement of products via shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Stockroom, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and take corrective actions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe working environment.
