Job Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, your main responsibility is to ensure the smooth movement of products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will uphold AEO Brand Standards, maintain organization in the Stockroom, and support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. It’s important to bring your authentic self to work and embody AEO values.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by efficiently processing shipments, replenishing stock, applying markdowns, and merchandising.
• Ensure the Stockroom remains organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take corrective actions.
• Assist team members with non-stock tasks and guest support, fostering teamwork.
• Follow safety and Asset Protection standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, priority-setting, and time management skills.
