Role Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring products are available on the sales floor by managing shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Flexibility to support both stockroom and salesfloor activities is essential, and representing AEO values is a priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product flow through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Organize and manage the stockroom efficiently, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures in order.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies in all activities.
