Job Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring products move efficiently from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, a keen eye for merchandising, and strong attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, flexibility to support the Salesfloor and assist guests is essential. Representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work daily are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by ensuring timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Manage the Stockroom efficiently, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and implement solutions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and guest assistance.
• Adhere to safety and Asset Protection standards, following all policies and procedures.
