YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary focus, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain Brand Standards: Ensure products are moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Manage the Stockroom: Keep the Stockroom organized and efficient, maintaining merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Be Innovative: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve displays and stock organization.
4. Support Teamwork: Assist fellow team members with non-stock tasks and guest assistance as needed.
5. Prioritize Safety and Asset Protection: Follow safety standards and asset protection policies to ensure a safe environment in the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
