Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part‑time Sr Brand Ambassador to provide every guest with an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of the brand, bringing energy and AE/Aerie product knowledge to life in a busy store environment.

In this role you’ll guide customers using the AEO Selling Model, promote AE & Aerie loyalty programs, and collaborate with teammates to reach store goals, while maintaining brand standards and policies. The position supports a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customers in a retail setting preferred.
• Energetic and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to tailor recommendations with a friends‑first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest personalized items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Adapt to all store zones: Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Support teammates to hit store goals.
• Act with integrity and comply with all AEO policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
