YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always meets sales goals, maintains merchandising standards, and delivers operational excellence! Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: Maximize productivity on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• People leadership: Motivate, inspire, and hold your team accountable to customer service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to ensure outstanding service and continuous growth.
• Teamwork: Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews, and celebrate successes to boost engagement.
• Operational excellence: Execute daily procedures, support visual standards, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection policies, and follow all company policies and procedures.
