YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by managing Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, motivate and train associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through outstanding in-store experiences. You support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
- Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Model leadership and hold associates accountable to service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
- Talent development: Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to deliver excellent service and uphold a Guest First culture.
- Teamwork: Set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing coaching, and celebrate performance to motivate and engage the team.
- Visual & operational innovation: Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards. Ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and meet Brand Standards.
- Integrity: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
