YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and you have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities
  • Driving sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, and support KPI results.
  • People leadership: Motivate, inspire, and hold associates accountable to service standards.
  • Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop strong team members.
  • Teamwork: Set goals, provide feedback, motivate, and celebrate performance.
  • Visual & operational innovation: Execute visual standards, shipment processing, and store operations.
  • Integrity: Maintain safety standards, asset protection, and adhere to policies.
