Role Overview

As a full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading effective Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You manage daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring authenticity to your work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales: Maximize productivity on the Salesfloor and in Fitting Rooms, build guest loyalty, and support KPIs.
  2. Lead People: Motivate and inspire your team, uphold service standards, and hold associates accountable.
  3. Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure outstanding service and a guest-first culture.
  4. Teamwork & Performance: Set goals, provide real-time feedback, and celebrate achievements to foster engagement.
  5. Visual & Operational Excellence: Execute visual standards, manage shipments, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
  6. Integrity & Safety: Maintain safety standards, asset protection, and adhere to policies and procedures.
