YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing, merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for Merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store aligns with AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets: Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching your team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring standards are met across all areas of the store.
• Merchandising Innovation: Maintain the store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork Mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining brand standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store remains #fresh.
• People Skills: Prioritize guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards, support shrink-reduction strategies, and adhere to policies and procedures.
