YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a "guest ready" environment through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy collaborating with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your specialty! Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You are a merchandising innovator: Maintain your store's visual appeal through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Recognize merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Maintain a teamwork mentality: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh!
• Be a people person: Prioritize the guest experience in merchandising efforts. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity is key: Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
