YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates; plus, you ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support creating an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store aligns with AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're an merchandising innovator: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh!
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition by celebrating team wins.
• Integrity: Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, adhere to policies, and implement shrink-reduction strategies.
