YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a "guest ready" store through effective replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards, working in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your "thing"! Drive successful Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas are effectively executed to Floorset standards—covering uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers.
• You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain your store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Be attentive to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• You've got a "teamwork" mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping your store #fresh!
• You're a people person: Prioritize the guest experience as the merchandising team's top goal. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team successes.
• Integrity is your middle name: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
