YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing, merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your forte! Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You are a merchandising innovator: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Be proactive in identifying opportunities and collaborating with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
• You are a people person: Prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition, celebrating wins with your team.
• Integrity is essential: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
