As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it! Job Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need with a 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored product suggestions.
• Introduce the loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between different store zones like Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team efforts and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Uphold integrity by following AEO's policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Ideal Candidate

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• At least 16 years old.
