YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and take pride in it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You're a people person! You engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a 'friends first' mindset. (Don't worry - we'll teach you everything about the AEO Selling Model!)
2. You're passionate about AE & Aerie products! You educate guests on product details and make suggestions to meet their needs.
3. You share the brand love! You introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
4. You can adapt! You can work in various zones like the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
5. You're an innovative problem solver! Making guests' day is your priority, and you proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policies.
6. You're a team player! You collaborate with your team to achieve goals.
7. You have integrity! You do the right thing and follow AEO's policies and procedures.
