American Eagle Outfitters Inc. invites you to join as a part-time Brand Ambassador, bringing our brand to life in-store and delivering an amazing shopping experience.

As the face of AEO, you’ll help guests find what they need, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and uphold our values with your real self. You’ll work flexibly across zones and support your team to ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends & holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.

• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can work flexibly across zones: Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• You proactively resolve guests’ concerns while following company policy.

• You uphold integrity and follow AEO’s policies & procedures.

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it!
