YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make personalized product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between different store zones such as Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members and support a collaborative work environment.
• Uphold integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
