About the Role

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work daily.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across various zones like Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals.
• Uphold integrity by following all policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Loves interacting with people!

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• At least 16 years old.
