As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Job Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make personalized product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly work across different zones like Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Uphold integrity by following AEO's policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• At least 16 years old.
