A community advocacy organization in California is seeking a Bilingual Advocate to provide crisis intervention and advocacy for children and individuals in need. Hours: Full Time/Non-Exempt
Compensation: $28.00 - $31.25.00 hourly rate + 5% pay differential for bilingual Spanish/English fluency

The Bilingual Advocate is a position that requires an innovative, passionate yet pragmatic individual who will be responsible for providing crisis intervention and advocacy in English and Spanish primarily for two chronically underserved populations: children who are at risk of or are identified survivors of sexual exploitation and people who are incarcerated. Under the supervision of the Advocate Team Manager and the Deputy Director, the Bilingual Advocate will provide phone and in-person crisis response, program coordination and other services throughout San Mateo County.

$28.00 - $31.25 hourly rate + 5% pay differential for bilingual Spanish/English fluency, DOE. Benefits package includes 20 days of PTO accrued/year, retirement plan, healthcare, vision and dental.
