A youth advocacy nonprofit in Memphis is seeking a part-time Advocate to serve youth and families. The role requires a dependable individual to implement advocacy services and develop service plans. Classifications: Part‑time, Hourly (FLSA: Non‑Exempt)

Summary of the Position

Hourly, part‑time positions serving youth and families throughout Memphis – Shelby County are available.

Responsibilities

• Must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings.
• Initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
• Develop service plans based on a strength‑based wrap‑around model.
• Maintain reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage.

Qualifications / Requirements

• A minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
