Job summary

Threshold Giving seeks a passionate advocate and fundraiser to engage communities and raise support for refugee rights on behalf of the IRC. As a frontline fundraiser, you will communicate our mission at events and through kiosks, building relationships and driving donations.

You will join a mission-driven team, receive thorough training, and be rewarded with competitive pay at $25 per hour plus uncapped weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator with the ability to form genuine connections.
• Self-driven and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• People with experience in fundraising or related sectors are preferred.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Experience in sectors like performing arts, canvassing, sales, restaurant/hospitality, activism or public speaking is especially suited to fundraising.

• Directly engage, inform, and inspire the public about Threshold Giving and its mission.
• Foster relationships and generate regular contributions through events and community outreach.
• Rally community members to support refugee rights and IRC initiatives.
