Job summary

HealthEZ is seeking an Advocacy Specialist to join our Care Management team in Bloomington, MN with a hybrid schedule. You will provide concierge service to members, collaborate with clients, and support medical management requests while maintaining strict data and case documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and strong organizational and communication skills to help members navigate the healthcare journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or direct client experience.
• Medical Terminology knowledge.
• Strong organizational, written and communication skills.
• Follows and understands HIPAA regulations.
• Previous experience in care management processes preferably in a health plan.

Responsibilities

• Provides concierge service to members.

The Opportunity

This individual must have a passion for helping our members through their healthcare journey with empathy and care while managing critical data, details and follow up. This role is based out of our Bloomington, MN office with hybrid consideration and reports to our Manager of Advocacy.

Additional Opportunity Details:

Target Hourly Compensation Range for this role is $24.00-$27.00/hr*
