Job summary

HealthEZ is seeking an Advocacy Specialist to join our Care Management team at HealthEZ in Bloomington, MN with hybrid work options. The role focuses on helping members navigate their healthcare journey with empathy, while managing data and follow-up.

You will provide concierge service to members, handle care management requests, and support case managers. The position reports to the Manager of Advocacy and emphasizes strong customer service and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree/ Medical Assistant Certificate preferred.
• Follows and understand HIPAA regulations.
• 3+ years of customer service or direct client experience.
• Medical Terminology knowledge.
• Previous experience in care management processes preferably in a health plan.
• Strong Organizational, written and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Target Hourly Compensation Range for this role is $24.00-$27.00/hr*
