Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in educational, case management, social work, or community service setting.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with students to assess needs for academic resources.
• Oversee work with school partners and parents while collaborating with site staff.
• Supervise Student Advocates and tutors to assess needs and develop plans.
