Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Tampa, Florida is seeking an Advocacy Communications Lead to develop and execute digital communications strategies that support permitting and operating efforts. You will oversee external websites and help craft messaging for key stakeholders across North America.

You will work with the North America Public Affairs team to build a comprehensive external communications plan, coordinate with a third-party vendor, and review surveys to align messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Writing experience required.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of external websites and ensure content is updated and aligned in tone and quality.
• Collaborate with North America Public Affairs and internal partners to build a comprehensive external communications plan and coordinate third-party vendors.
• Research, write, and publish content for websites, social media, collateral, speaking notes, and presentations; draft guest columns and letters to the editor.
• Develop and execute digital communications strategies to support permitting and operating efforts and engage key stakeholders.
