Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience with high-need families involved with substance use.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services.
• Develop a consumer and family-centered service plan.
• Coordinate services with multiple agencies.
• Conduct home visits and maintain regular contact with clients.
