What to Expect

• Serve as the subject matter expert, providing leadership and expertise during sales engagements
• Create innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow Security Operations, including Security Incident Response and Threat Intelligence
• Review customer security architecture and design processes, integrating with ServiceNow Security Operations
• Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Security Operations
• Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to enhance ServiceNow products with new capabilities

What is Required

• Strong pre-sales experience with a solid understanding of the sales process
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Work experience or strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC), or Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC)
• Proficiency in Networking and Security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in Information Security at a global or national commercial enterprise
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST 800-61 and ISO27035
• Knowledge of various attack vectors and intrusion methodologies, including DDoS and malware
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, or CEH are desirable
