There will be opportunities for participation in a variety of projects, and the role is likely to evolve and grow as the team matures. The Advisory Sales Operations & Analytics Manager will both advise leadership and serve a key role in executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aimed at operationalizing best‑in‑class sales practices, sales tools and technology, performance management infrastructure, go‑to‑market (GTM) execution excellence, decision support, and GTM strategy. In this role, there will be significant energy spent on cross‑functional collaboration, change‑management projects, sales activity analysis and recommendations, and process improvement.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of key performance indicators and revenue drivers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics in Salesforce, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Excel, Airtable, etc.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams and executive leadership to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
  • Develop forecasting models, pipeline analysis, and performance metrics to support leadership decisions.
  • Support GTM planning, territory design, and quota setting with data‑driven insights.
  • Analyze and synthesize sales data, feedback from the field, and market trends into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Become a subject matter expert on current tools and technologies.
  • Manage Salesforce enhancements impacting the Advisory business, including updating fields, building campaigns, workflows, reporting, and automation for GTM processes and salesperson effectiveness; this may include a mix of directly making changes within business‑side permission levels and representing the Advisory business in developing requirements with tech teams and/or other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Advisory sales personnel and stakeholders to influence the adoption of Salesforce.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Director and team to execute standard change‑management procedures across Advisory Experience. Own day‑to‑day tactical communications (e.g., Advisory newsletter) and support knowledge management for Advisory Experience team.
  • Maintain library of content such as training, sales collateral, and scripting as well as both executive and front‑line facing presentation materials. Facilitate regular updates to content via collaboration with cross‑functional SME partners.
  • Manage on‑time delivery of projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Assist leadership as needed on other business management initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Curiosity more than anything else; hunger to learn and grow.
  • Value diversity in any sense of the word.
  • Talent in bringing “method to madness.”
  • Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and/or implementing new things to enable sales.
  • Change agent.
  • Enjoy collaboration and learning.
  • Ability to describe your unique value and ideas for helping this new team’s mission.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling).
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI) for visualization and insights.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise (basic updates, campaigns, reporting, dashboards, process automation).
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving business environments.

  • Financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Talented storyteller and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work collaboratively across teams and leadership levels.
Minimum Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3–5+ years of progressively successful experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Analytics, and/or applicable roles.
Travel Requirements

Minimal travel (up to 10%) for company and team events.
