Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in New York seeks an Advisory Program Product Specialist to support Financial Advisor Directed and Discretionary programs within the Asset Management Department.

You will collaborate with Advisors, Compliance, and Technology to improve platforms and client experiences. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with portfolio management systems and related compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years experience in broker-dealer, wealth management operations, portfolio management, or trading system support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail oriented.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment management, especially portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reporting for Financial Advisor Directed and Discretionary programs.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to upgrade platforms and tools.
• Review policies with Compliance and Program Administration.
• Analyze data to identify trends and outliers.
• Assist Advisors in learning new technology and resolving defects.
• Serve as primary product specialist for relevant advisory programs.
• Support rollout of new advisory portfolio management systems and test functionality.
• Draft communications and update rollout plans to stakeholders.
• Occasional travel to train staff and clients; identify process improvements.
