Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Advisory Engineer to drive process optimization across its Rialto, CA distribution and regional fulfillment center network.

You will plan and execute engineering projects to deliver measurable improvements and financial benefits throughout the supply chain. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and have 12 months' experience with data analysis tools such as Excel VBA, Python, SQL, PowerBI, and related modeling

Qualifications

Advisory Engineer, Process Optimization, Ricoh USA, Inc., Rialto, CA:

Deliver transformational and quantifiable improvements and financial benefits across the Supply Chain by planning and executing various process engineered projects in the Ricoh Americas Distribution Center and Regional Fulfillment Center network. The position requires the minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 12 months' experience in the job offered or any related occupation, to include 12 months' experience utilizing Data Analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel VBA, SketchUp CAD, Python, SQL, Data Envelopment Analysis, Predictive Modeling, Financial Modeling, PowerBI, Snowflake; 12 months' experience with frameworks including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn; and 12 months' experience with Tools and Platforms including Kinaxis Rapid Response, Descartes, OBIEE, Oracle eBiz Suite, Asana. Remote work from home permitted; must live within commuting distance of Ricoh in Rialto, CA. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. Experience may have been gained concurrently.
